Freshwater only, all maintenance records, new cockpit upolstery in 2008, new electric head in 2010, hours on engine under 1700, Displacement 6,500, Bridge clearance 9'5, cruising speed 8-9, max speed 11mph, 70 gal fuel, 40 gal water, 20 gal holding, Accomodations- This is a lot of boat for 27'.

Starting from the bow of the boat, there is a small chain locker that is followed by a vberth.

The starboard part of the v berth makes into one end of the seat for the dinette.

The dinette can be folded down, a cushion placed on the lowered table and you have a v berth that will hold a couple and still have room for a child or two, aft of the dinette is a fully enclosed head with new corian counter and a integrated shower.

Aft of the port side of the dinette is the galley are with a stainless sink, a 2 burner alcohol stove, a built in ice box and room for storage of food and dishes.

From the forward cabin one can take 3 steps up and be in the cockpit.

There is a helm seat and a passenger seat that are on the sides of the cockpit.

In the middle of the cockpit there is a pair of hatches that will open up and give one full access to the engine, batteries, tankage, pumps, etc.

In the back 1/2 of the cockpit there are benches that are molded in to the sides of the cockpit.

Both of the benches will open up to very large storage areas.

There is a drop curtain canvas cover that will enclose the helm.

At the end of the cockpit is a set of teak doors that will lead to the aft cabin.

The aft cabin has a pair of quarter berths, or one can use a filler cushion and make the whole aft cabin into a large double berth.

The topsides of this boat were prof rebuilt in 2000.

The decks were recored and painted with awlgrip.

All teak has been removed, sanded and done with 5 coats of Sikkens.

The boat shows very well.

Galley- The galley is located at the end of the forward v berth on the port side.

There is an icebox, a stainless sink and a two burner non pressurized alcohol stove.

There is a fair amount of storage around the galley for a weekend cruise or a couple months of cruising.

Electronics- vhf, loran, autopilot, digital speed log.

Equipment- 30amp shorepower, 2 batteries with switch, battery charger, compass, electric horns, windshield wipers, 3 bilge pumps, fire extinguishers, manual marine head with y valve, hinged mast with stay sail, bow pulpit, 2 anchors, swim platform with boarding ladder, fenders, dock lines, Canvas- bimini top that runs from aft edge of hardtop and covers cockpit, drop curtain with screens to enclose helm area, mooring cover that slants from aft edge of hardtop to transom, all canvas blue and is in excellent condition.

Power- single 61 hp lehman with closed cooling system and only 1582 hours.

This boat will burn only .6 gal per hour while cruising.

The full length keel keeps the prop well protected in shallow water.
