This 1983 Mastercraft Competition Ski is a sharp looking boat with the
Mastercraft quality, One of the classics and unique in color, This boat
features the Silver metal flake on a gray hull with the Stars and Stripes
package only found on these classic Mastercraft Ski Boats, This boat also
features a teak ski platform adding true beauty to this boat.
The Pleasurecraft Marine 351 cubic inch engine with powerslot transmission
has plenty of pulling power, rated at 245 hp, This engine was recently
replaced with all the same components with the exception of an upgraded
electronic ignition which gives this engine a quicker response, This boat
has been well maintained and shines and sparkles in the sun, She runs great
and only has 100 hours on the new engine, This MASTERCRAFT turns on the
dime and handles like a sports car and it tops out at about 45 mph, Has
nybril prop with puller and spare prop.
This MASTERCRAFT is ready to tow those who prefer skis, boards, discs,
tubes, barefoot, and any other type of fun, The bow of the boat has room to
store skis, ropes, etc, and has easy access by lifting the front seat
backrest, It has a trick release on the center pylon, and a barefoot boom,
which is great for learning tricks or for teaching a beginner to ski or
barefoot, It also comes with some skis and accessories, The boat was
primarily run in a river and came out of the water after each use, It
comes with the trailer which is in good running condition and has had the
bearings greased often, The trailer also has the spare tire attached to
the front.
The boat can be powered onto the trailer or winched up.
