The O'Day 22 is a great boat.
She is fast, fun and forgiving, I taught many people to sail her, Since she draws only 18 inches with the centerboard up the boat is great for gunkholing and getting into creeks that are off limits to fixed keel boats, The roller furling jib makes setting sail a breeze and with the main sail is large enough to move you along briskly.
The boat sleeps four - a forward V berth and two separate aft berths, All the things you need are aboard the boat, e.g. anchor, anchor chain with 100' of line, VHF radio, cabin lights, running lights, boarding ladder, cabin cushions, and portable head, She has been well cared for and has never had to weather a winter uncovered, The Venture trailer is like new as is the electric start 15 HP Mercury engine, The battery is one year old, The bottom paint was just put on.
The sale price is very fair, She is definitely worth looking at.
