1984 Bayfield Cutter 29C.
I purchased this boat 3 years ago, and have found new interests in my life, which are more important than sailing.
The boat is in great shape, and needs nothing.
It has a 14hp Yanmar Diesel with a new transmission installed two years ago, she also has a full compliment of sails Main Sail, Jib Sail, Yankee Sail, and Gennaker Sail all of which are in good great shape.
This boat features a "Full Keel" and only drafts 36", so you can get close to shore,
where other sailboats draft 5-7 Feet.
I go to Strawberry Island a lot with friends that have power boats, and the ability to sail in short water is what attracted me
to the Bayfield 29C Also, with the "Cutter Rig" she's one of the prettiest sailboats on the lake.
She has Autopilot, GPS, Ship to Shore, etc.
Wood work in the cockpit was refinished last year.
I also had a "Complete Hull Survey" done 3 years ago, prior to purchasing the boat, which to my knowledge is good for 5 years.
So,
financing with your local "Credit Union" shouldn't be a problem.
This is an "Ocean Rated Boat" and sails and handles solidly.
