This is not a luxury houseboat; it is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, reliable, and it doesn't mind being used (as long as you leave it clean and ready for the next user).
Our group performs most all maintenance, and partners are expected to participate.
Annual operating fees are $2200, covering marine property insurance and personal liability, buoy fees, annual retrieval and re-launch, dry storage during off season, routine maintenance of boat and all gear on the boat, and most upgrades.
