The only reason we are putting her on the market is because our family has grown and we needed something bigger.
She is a 36' 1965 Chris Craft Constellation.
She has only been on two lakes her entire life.
Bought new in 1965 in Dallas Texas and put on Possum Kingdom lake where it stayed until March of 2012 when I bought it and brought it to Lake Thunderbird.
She had a complete out of water refit in March of 2010.
Since I've owned the boat, I've rebuilt both engines and rebuilt the heads on BOTH motors using stainless steel one piece valves, hardened seats, bronze, nuralled guides, 5 angle valve job, new springs, retainers, and keepers, installed a very nice sound system, installed Burmese Teak decks ($25k), just refit the head with a new electric self macerating toilet, new counter tops, shower, and all new plumbing. converted to black water holding system with vented pump out, as well as many other improvements.
Pressurized water system works perfect.
She starts and runs great every time!
She has 2 bilge pumps, FIVE BLUE TOP Optima BATTERIES, bilge heaters, electric start LOW EMISSION Westerbeke genset with 63 hours on it, hot water tank, pressurized water system, depth finder/sonar, and much more.
Sleeps 6, two in the forward birth, two on the bunk beds (made out of the sofa), and the table makes into a bed.
Flat screen TV with DVD player, fridge, stove, sink, all work, full head with shower, Mahogany swim deck, everything you need!
Look at the helm chairs!
