She is a center cockpit with seat cushions and fully enclosed.
The slip is transferable.
She has three anchors, one with 200 feet of rope and the other has full chain.
We put in a 75 horsepower Perkins motor a few years ago.
It has 140 hours over the past three years.
It also comes with a 2013 9'5" foot dinghy with a 8 horsepower Johnson motor and davits to hold the dinghy.
She has a roller furling genoa, a main sail (bought new-hardly used) and a lazy jack sail cover.
It is equipped with gps chart plotter, depth meter, temperature gauge, etc.
She has a 6 foot stern ladder and a boarding ladder.
It also comes with shade covers that cover the whole boat.
The boat has 4 golf cart batteries for house power and one heavy duty sealed battery for the motor.
She has a 40 gallon holding tank, 220 gallon tank for diesel and 250 gallon tank for water.
She has a forward cabin with head and hanging locker.
The galley has a 3 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, and a large 12 volt refrigerator with freezer.
Opposite the galley is a 4 person dining table that converts into a bed.
The salon is very airy and has central air and heat.
We did add a free standing air conditioner/heater/humidifier.
It includes a small electric refrigerator under the nav station.
The aft cabin has a step-up queen size bed, a large hanging closet and a private head with unfinished shower.
There is lots of storage all through the boat.
