She sleeps 6 people in beds and has one fully functional head (bathroom).
It is fully equipped for comfortable boating and camping on water.
Appliances all work well (most are fairly new).
Powered by newer Mercruiser 8 cylinder, 350 cid, 265 hp, gasoline engine which runs perfectly.
Has compass and Lowrance fish and depth finder.
Has a large and very good Kohler 800 generator.
Everything goes with the boat, which includes 5 kayaks, bar-b-que grill, Bose stereo radio, furniture, deck chairs and table, old time popcorn popper, cobra and archer CBs, heaters, fans, tools and parts, bedding, and much more.
Best of all, she is in 50 foot slip A9 at Lost Bridge Marina, the prettiest dock on Beaver Lake.
The dock is only one boat deep and faces out over deep water towards the mountains, the bald eagle nesting areas, and the dam.
The remaining time left for this years slip time (one full year from 5/1/2016) goes with the boat.
