Boat is in Norfolk, Virginia.
They say that when you buy a sailboat, plan on spending an equal amount in upgrading and outfitting.
If you are looking for a sailboat that needs nothing read further.
I purchased this sailboat a little more than a year ago as part of my retirement plans.
I purchased it from the family of the original owner.
It was in very good condition, however it had the original very basic outfitting, being used primarily as a daysailer.
I have spent the last year or so totally upgrading and outfitting to make it the perfect comfortable weekend cruiser.
I have spent in excess of my asking price on just the upgrades and outfitting.
Just about everything on the boat is brand new.

An additional Genoa and two Spinnaker sails are included.
I also have a like new Zodiac 260RU with Nissan 3.5 HP Outboard in excellent condition that is not included but I will sell for an additional $1,000.
I just spent almost $400 getting the outboard completely overhauled to insure perfect running condition.
