Overview: The 44’ Flush Deck Hatteras is a luxurious 3 cabin, 2 head, motor yacht, The 871
Detroit Engines (2) are robust for up to 21.9 mph.
Cruising at 12 mph is heavenly, Engine room
clean and easy to access, This Classic is easy to maneuver, anchor, dock, She takes rough
waters well, Sleeps 6 in comfortable beds, leaving furnished salon and full galley set for night
owls, early risers, All sleeping quarters have built in cabinetry and hanging closets, All the
interior custom décor is beautiful and modern, new in 2013, and 2014.
Maintained meticulously by current owner, Cockrells Railway Marina and AMPRO Ship Yard.
Recent maintenance includes: Bottom paint and zincs, Port Transmission Gear complete
rebuild, Starboard Gear completely serviced and aligned, Heat exchangers re-fluid and cleaned.
Engines: (2) Oil change annually, Bilge and pumps clean and odor free, 200 gallon on board fresh
water tank, Port lights have been fully restored impeccably, Wabasto A/C 16,000 BTU and 9,000
BTU including de humidifier and pumps added 2010, This yacht is dry.
Details: Both (2) heads have new plumbing, New Electro Scan, new fixtures, counters, flooring,
Galley is part original, part restored and spotless, New MOEN faucet and plumbing, SS stackable
refrigerator and freezer w/ icemaker 2011, new flooring, 4 burner stove and oven, microwave
and wine rack, ample cabinets, built in garbage cabinet, Salon has recently fabricated custom
entertainment center.
This HATTERAS Tri Cabin is a true condominium on the water and

Helm is covered and spacious, Great area for entertaining, fully enclosed with zip open/close
vinyl surround redone 2012, Bose AM/FM, GPS, VHF (2), hailer, depth finder, and auto-pilot,
chart plotter, Original synchronizer for single throttle cruising, Helm gauges original and
functioning, Bow: windless, anchor, built in seating, and plenty of area for sunning.
Generator is GENSET original, starts first time every time, entire boat with A/C overnight OK!
Final Notes: Boat is Documented, Coast Guard package onboard, The boat is in great shape
and clean, Some minor exterior love needed, She is extremely comfortable, and a great get
away for weekends, or weeks at a time, This classic is a must see, you will love her.
