Whether you need a cruiser, a hangout for friends and family, or a condo on the water, this beauty will serve all those purposes.She is powered by a single, efficient 454 with only 650 hours with a Gen 2 Merc. outdrive.
The outdrive and 2/3 length keel, make this boat super-maneuverable, allowing for single handed docking, even in windy conditions.
She cruises comfortably at 10-12 kts. and comes with a stainless prop and a spare aluminum prop as well.
She has a 2 level salon and comes can easily sleep 6-7.
The stateroom downstairs will sleep 3 and has lots of storage for clothes and personal items...the bathroom even has hot water and a tub!
She is equipped with a full kitchen (coffeemaker, convection oven, 2 burner hot plate, microwave, and fridge), with a gas powered grill on the stern rail.
Even with a 2/3 length keel, she only draws 30", so you may save on a shallow water slip, like I do.
You'll never find a condo on the water for anywhere near this price, and, you can move it anywhere you want that has 30" of water!!!
There are dual helms, in the pilot station, and a flybridge station that seats 6.
We've taken her on long range cruises in all kinds of weather, as well as local river cruises--she behaved like a lady in all conditions, including a couple of nor'easters.
The tri-hull configuration is smooth and dry.
Her powerful 5KW generator powers the heat and air (and all other systems) when not at the dock, and runs smooth and efficiently.
