Three cabin, three head layout with 6'4″ headroom, salon converts for two to sleep.
The forward double cabin has an island queen bunk, which can be accessed from either side with head and walk in shower.
Both aft cabins are good sized doubles with heads.
The galley is fully equipped with tableware, glassware, pots, pans, fridge and stove.
Twin helms, GPS and chart plotter, molded cooler and drop leaf table in cockpit, dodger and large bimini; all lines lead to cockpit. this 44 ft. yacht has a bow thruster, anchor windlass, primary anchor with 200 ft. of new chain and and secondary anchor with rope rode, fenders and dock lines.
Navigation station with VHF radio and chart table.
Yanmar diesel engine, approx. 2,000 (estimated) hours, large water tankage and fuel storage.
