All the cockpit sidewalls replaced with Azec, so that they will never rot again.
Lounge seat was replaced and has backing of like cutting board plastic.
Again so that any former wood will not rot ever again.
GPS, Fishfinder with maps for eastern U.S. loaded

All of the Eisenglass was replaced in 2013
The top we just had all of the stitching sewn, so that whomever we sell it to will not have any seam issues.
Just picked up from shop in December
The batteries are 1 year old and have been charged regularly, so they should be fine for a few more years.
We are selling it with all the lines, bumpers, anchor, microwave, etc. that are normally on this boat.
Dual Axle Trailer works fine and worked fine the 2 times a year I needed it to take it down to launch and back out.
It is a great family boat and sleeps 4 easily with the forward about full-queen size and a double in the aft cabin.
The head works fine, I've never used the stove it has both electric and alcohol functions, but I never had the desire to use it with grills and microwave.
