This is a Robert Perry designed Cutter/Ketch Rigging Sailboat.
The Hull was manufactured in the early 1980s out of fiberglass with foam core for use in
warm or cold water sailing.
I purchased the hull in 2007 and finished most of the structural bulkheads and build out for the head, v-berth, chain locker, mid-cabin
lockers, built in workshop, and master stateroom.
The boat has 7000 lbs of the 12000 lb lead keel melted in place.
Other parts include Completed Rudder with molds VW marine diesel engine 80 HP, always sheltered and in good working order Winches Deck Cleats Electrical Panel 12 or 24v DC with Battery bank switch, electrical
distribution and fuse holders Black Water Tank Black Water Tubing Bilge Pump Bilge Switch/Alarm Many other miscellaneous parts Includes plans from Robert Perry for the layout only modification is the replacement of the 2nd head with a shop in my experience this a mandatory for a live aboard or cruising live aboard.
