Great sailboat for the family. Have all paperwork original owners guide. Title is free and clear. Overall condition is great. Everything works as it should. Sails in great condition with some normal wear. Cockpit canvas and frame are in great condition but in winter storage. Propane galley with ice box. Dual batteries with on board charger. Fresh water system. Two bilge pumps. Electric head with holding tank. All electronics work. VHF, Radar, Lowerance, depth sounder, bulkhead compass. All rigging is good. All halyards and sheets in working order. Has original yanmar Diesel engine. Runs like a top. Always winterized, shrink wrapped and tuned up every season. Starts easily every time.
