Skookum 53 cutter rigged sailboat, launched 2010,hull built 1981 Port Townsend. All rigging new at that time. Roller furling on all sails, main furls inmast. Boat has hydraulics fore and aft. Set up for commercial power troll salmon fishing. Coast guard documented for commercial and pleasure. Engine has 8500 hours and been very well maintained and is in excellent condition. Galley is equipped with a Sub zero fridge, Wolf bench top oven, induction stove top and dishwasher. A Daikin heat pump with 2 inside units is installed and the hull is insulated. It has Lithium iron phosphate batteries and solar panels as well as an 8.5 kw generator . Fully enclosed pilot house. 2 twin berths are located forward with a shower to starboard and a head to port.
