Fully remodeled. Rebuilt engines. Gen Set 809 hours. Glen- Deninng Synchronizer. Much more. Coast Guard registered for charters. Huge cockpit. 1987 Topaz 37. Ready to Charter. Coast Guard registered 6 pack. This is the one. This classic Topaz 37, the Shady Lady, East Hampton came to me 6 months ago. She was tired. With an open wallet, we were able to bring her back. One engine, complete rebuild. The other, top side refresh. Replaced GenSet with Northstar Lugger 4.5 kw. 800 hrs. New AC unit. Yard 37 days. Deck pulled and all systems repaired or replaced.
